January 3, 2015 Mt. Lafayette & Mt. Lincoln. Peaks # 13-14

With a day where the forecast looked like the very cold days may be taking a break, we decided to go to Franconia Ridge. This trip was perfect because it was cold and windy and it gave me a bit more of a feel for where Jillian's limit is for the wind. We felt like we had just been here due to Jillian and I having hiked this trip just a month ago, but what can I say - so is the life of a peakbagger.  So with a North-West wind, we were going up the Old Bridal Path.

Thank you to the person who took the photo below, you offered to take it on a cold day and even took off your mittens to do it.
